At Hour Day, we’re dedicated to providing wellness tools and resources that help you live a more mindful, balanced life. Because of the nature of our products, we have specific policies in place for returns and refunds.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products—including downloadable journals, Notion templates, planners, and other resources—are final and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable format, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

If you experience any issues with accessing your files or need help using your product, please email us at info@hourday.co and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Physical Products (Amazon Purchases)

Our Mindful Morning Journal is sold through Amazon. For returns or refunds related to that product, please follow Amazon’s return process directly through your Amazon account.

We do not process returns or exchanges for Amazon orders through our website.
